Big Brakes

Next on our plan of getting around a track faster was to be able to stop later into a corner with repeatability.
We ditched the average factory brakes and we fitted direct bolt on late model JZA80 Supra twin turbo 4 pot calipers/324mm rotors up front and 2 pot caliper/235mm rotors on the rear.
DBA 4000 rotors were used, along with TRD braided brake lines, Hawk HPS+/HPS track pads and Motul RBF 600 high performance brake fluid.
Lastly, a brake master cylinder stopper was fitted to minimise the firewall flex and master movement under heavy braking.
The new found braking power has to be experienced to be believed.
